Tammy is a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and therefore can provide science-based nutritional consulting.  Nutritional consulting at Vitality Quest provides client education on the topics of diet, lifestyle, and detoxification for optimal health and energy.

At Vitality Quest we can design personalized and individual nutrition programs that respect your biochemistry, intolerances, and sensitivities to help build and maintain your wellness. Nutritional consulting at Vitality Quest is done differently than most other places. Aside from assisting with lifestyle, muscle tone, posture, stress release, weight control and more. To start your appointment Tammy uses a hand held device called a Zyto Compass. By using your skins electricity to determine which nutritional supplements are out of balance.  Tammy also  incorporates Iridology (having a look into your eyes that can help identify your genetic strengths and weaknesses, inflammation and stress), Bio-Energetic Resonance in the form of Applied Kinesiology to find allergy triggers and or food sensitivities, but also Homeopathy. 

The initial appointment is 1.5-2 hours. The follow up is 30 to 60 mins.

The extensive appointment involves a detailed questionnaire and 3 day food journal that will need to be completed before the appointment. Tammy's findings come in a 20+ page detailed report usually within 1 week from of your appointment.

Live blood cell analysis is a practice where we examine a small drop of your blood under a high-powered microscope.  When examining the blood we look at your red and white blood cells, plasma, and other details to determine the health of your blood and your body overall. 

The difference between traditional blood testing and Live blood analysis is with traditional medical blood testing, blood samples are sent to a lab where it is analyzed for cell counts and chemical composition. With Live Blood Analysis, we are viewing your blood within 20 minutes, while the cells are still alive. We can see how many functioning white blood cells you have,  giving us a clearer picture of how your blood is behaving within your body and what changes can be made to improve its function.

As a trained practitioner,  I am able to observe the shape and movement of your red blood cells, revealing key nutrition markers such as your levels of iron, protein, vitamins, folic and fatty acids, your body’s digestive health  as well as the function of your organs and immune system.

Using Live Blood Analysis to gauge your current health status and progress over time, you can stay motivated to make changes to your diet and lifestyle that benefit your health and well-being for the long-term. The testing is done through a form of Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) using a series of vials containing the Electromagnetic signature (vibrational frequencies) of different foods and allergens to determine the body's intolerance to such triggers (environmental or food).  The testing is non-invasive, we do not require blood samples, scratch tests or needles. 

Clients are encouraged to bring potential irritants and allergens from their home.

The testing is done through a form of Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) using a series of vials containing the Electromagnetic signature (vibrational frequencies) of different foods and allergens to determine your fur baby's intolerance to such triggers (environmental or food).  The testing is non-invasive, we do not require blood samples, scratch tests or needles. All we require for this is you and your pet. You will need to participate through surrogacy for the testing.

Pet parents are encouraged to bring potential irritants and allergens from their home (grass from the yard, sand from the beach, any foods, water from the lakefront etc). With a max of 15 items as the pet usually loses interest.

This appointment usually takes less than 15 minutes depending on your pet and their willingness and patience.

Reiki is the gentle, non-intrusive, non-massage, non-manipulation practice of channeling healing energy. It is performed with light touch or by hovering hands above the body. Reiki promotes physical healing as well as mental and emotional healing and release. It provides stress relief and aids in treatment of depression, anxiety, and self esteem/self worth difficulties. Reiki also promotes better sleep, improves mental clarity, boosts immunity, and so much more. Reiki services are provided in 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions at Vitality Quest.

Reflexology is the practice of applying various amounts of pressure to points on the feet. The different pressure points on the feet correspond to different organs and areas of the body.

Reflexology can reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation, boost immunity, and help the body function optimally. It is non-

invasive and safe. Reflexology can be used as a preventative health care program for

reducing stress and maintaining overall health.

Reflexology does not diagnose an illness/condition, prescribe, treat for a specific

condition or use sticks, tools or machines as part of the treatment session.
